Offering an alternative to landfill, there are innovative new and emerging technologies to manage waste more sustainably.
We are creating opportunities to bring these innovations to London through our Leave no Footprint project. We are focusing on waste management technologies which provide effective, sustainable waste solutions to meet London's waste requirements, capitalizing on our short supply chains and ready available materials. These include anaerobic digestion, gasification, pyrolysis and a range of mechanical and biological treatments.
