Hugh's role as Programme Manager now brings together the three main operational programmes being run by the existing business support function - enhance, Inspired Recycling and the Product Development programme.

Graham Randles
Programme Manager, Green Procurement
Graham oversees the delivery of green purchasing support service, the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code. He is responsible for delivering a high level of business support to organisations signed up to the Green Procurement Code. He is also responsible for producing the annual progress review to measure the success of Green Procurement Code members in helping to make London a sustainable city. Graham has 17 years business experience as a senior manager in international business in the publishing industry and a business development consultant in the recycling and charity sectors.

Ellen Struthers
Programme Manager, London Remade Solutions
With five years experience in the waste industry Ellen targets local authorities, businesses and other organisations to reduce waste and increase recycling. Ellen currently manages the London waste reduction and recycling support service and has experience of working on wide range of projects including the high profile Recycle Western Riverside Campaign and delivering consultancy support for WRAP‘s Rotate programme. With many local authorities now implementing effective kerbside collection services a significant proportion of Ellen’s work has focussed on estates. This has included managing several estates inventories, preparing reports advising authorities on the provision of recycling services to estates and assisting partners to implement new recycling schemes - including on-site composting of food waste and chute recycling schemes.

Gianluca Forlani
Senior Project Manager
Gianluca's role is to identify and implement partnerships projects aimed at developing waste and recycling infrastructure in London and beyond. Drawing on his two year experience as recycling officer in a local authority, Gianluca also works with waste collection and disposal authorities to establish manage and improve their current operations to help them achieve their statutory recycling targets.

Mark Terrell
Senior Project Manager
Mark is part of the business support team focusing on expanding recycling and reuse opportunities in the construction and demolition sector in London. He works with local authorities, construction companies, industry and businesses planning to develop their infrastructure. This draws on his previous knowledge and experience from the waste management and utilities sectors.

Majken Moller
Senior Project Manager
Majken is a senior project manager for the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code and provides support within policy development, tailored business support on green procurement, workshops and product advice on sustainable materials. She holds a Master in Environmental Science from Kingston University, where she graduated in 2005 and furthermore 2 years of experience within recycling and waste minimisation from the Western Riverside Campaign, this includes liaising with contractors and senior staff to facilitate and promote recycling, waste minimisation and green procurement within offices.

Andy Marsh
Senior Project Manager
Andy joined us in June 2004 and manages the waste minimisation component of Recycle Western Riverside, working with the four Western Riverside boroughs to encourage council staff to recycle and reduce waste. This is a two year project as part of the broader Recycle Western Riverside campaign.

Guy Raithby-Veall
Project Manager
Guy is part of the business support team. He advises businesses on how to comply with legislation around hazardous waste and packaging regulations. Previously, Guy was a consultant within the eco design sector and the environmental programme Envirowise.

Stewart Rutherford
Project Manager
Qualified in environmental science, Stewart delivers the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code. He predominately works with small to medium enterprises, helping them recycle whilst improving their environmental and economic performance. Stewart also targets the London boroughs, offering them technical advice on how to improve their recycling services.

Lim Barima Kwaako

Lim works with the NHS Primary Care Trusts and Acute Hospitals in South West London. He provides support and expert advice on using recycled content products, waste minimisation and recycling through the Mayor's Green Procurement Code.

Sarah Jones
Project Manager
Sarah offers technical support to London boroughs, advising on waste strategy. She also targets London businesses to provide advice on resource efficiency and implementing office recycling schemes. With four years experience in the recycling and waste management industry Sarah has worked across the public and private sectors.

Hara Xirou
Project Manager
Hara joined London Remade in November 2005 and has liaised with a variety of different stakeholders including operational and director level staff in private businesses, council's and elected members. She has experience and knowledge in developing and implementing recycling schemes both in the public and private sectors. Her experience includes researching, developing and delivering recycling projects for new and existing recyclers and providing recommendations on legislation and the national waste and recycling situation. Hara also targets London businesses to provide advice on resource efficiency and identifies methods to implement office recycling schemes, waste minimisation and green purchasing.

Support officers
We have a seven strong team of enthusiastic recent graduates who provide extra resources to deliver our projects. The support officers are predominately field based. Examples include: monitoring residents participation in recycling and organic collection schemes; undertaking face to face waste management related surveys with residents and businesses; conducting on-site visual assessments of blocks of flats to recommend the most suitable recycling solutions; assisting in the monitoring of recycling contracts for local authorities and general market research.
