Environmental policy
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact whilst running our business.

This policy has been structured in line with BS 8555:2003 Environmental Management Systems requirements. It explains our intentions and commitment around improved environmental performance.
We endeavour to:
- make more effective use of resources, particularly by minimising waste production and increasing the development of markets for the waste and recycling industry
- develop, implement and promote sustainable procurement options which optimise our resource use and support customers through the delivery of the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code
- seek ways to minimise water use within day to day operation
- reduce CO2 emission levels and polluting factors and draw critical links between improving waste management and CO2 reduction
- increase business recycling rates
- comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations
- take into consideration broader environmental impacts in scoping capital projects and partnerships
- promote the importance of the organisation's environmental standards and influence environmental best practice of key stakeholders, partners, suppliers and customers
- deliver all our events in the most sustainable possible manner
Successful delivery of this policy will incorporate:
- development of an environmental management system in line with BS 8555:2003
- reduction of our ecological footprint
- an annual critical review of our environmental objectives and targets to enable continuous improvement
